1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DialLeap, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

DialLeap provides browser-based international calling services using VoIP technology.

Pricing: We charge a $0.49 connection fee per call plus a per-minute rate that varies by destination country. You are billed automatically after each call based on actual duration.

Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use DialLeap
  • One account per person/entity
  • Do not share your account credentials

4. Payment Terms

Pay-Per-Call Billing: Each call incurs a $0.49 connection fee plus per-minute charges. You authorize us to charge your saved payment method automatically after each call.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe. You must maintain a valid payment method on file.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend your service until payment is resolved. Repeated payment failures may result in account termination.

Refunds: Charges are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases of service errors or unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use DialLeap for:

  • Illegal activities or fraud
  • Harassment, spam, or unsolicited marketing
  • Robocalls or automated dialing
  • Emergency services (911, etc.)
  • Circumventing security measures
  • Reselling or white-labeling our service
  • Excessive use that impacts service quality

6. Prohibited Destinations

We block calls to certain high-risk destinations and emergency numbers. We reserve the right to update this list at any time without notice.

7. Service Quality

Call quality depends on your internet connection. We are not responsible for quality issues caused by your network. We do not guarantee connection to all numbers or countries.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by DialLeap and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

DialLeap is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 3 months.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Have multiple failed payments
  • Use the service illegally

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Privacy

Your use of DialLeap is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
